have set up highly equipped manufacturing unit which includes
sophisticated machines and testing equipments to develop our range of

specifications to meet the client's requirements in complete sense. Our

Quality Assurance
Maxwell
Plastics always keeps all its manufacturing activities fully immersed into
the sea of quality. Probably, this attitude of the company holds the
key of its success on a substantial scale. All our products are tested as
per IS: 1445-1977, from Govt. recognized test houses as well as from CPRI,
Bangalore. We also conduct quality tests as per PGCI Ltd. We have
appointed a team of QC analysts to keep a strict check on the
manufacturing process right from the procurement of raw materials to
final production. Our products are tested thoroughly for ensured
features and quality. The various tests conducted are:
- Dry Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test- Up to 23 KV (rms)
- Wet Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test- Up to 10 KV (rms)
- Ageing Test- Up to 70°C +2°C
- Tensile Strength Test- 500 kg. minimum.
Infrastructure Our company possesses a well equipped manufacturing unit, having modern machines and tools, being manned by expert professionals. We have
the latest technology and software along with design analysts to assist us in manufacturing of electrical products with great ease and proficiency. The
superior raw materials (including PVC, polypropylene and nylon)
used by us are procured only from authentic sources. Our in-house R&D division does the work
of analyzing the designing concept as which design will suit the most
in the given category of products. The company has a large and spacious
warehouse, capable of stocking bulk consignments.
Clients Our company consistently endeavors to fulfill its customers'
requirements in the best possible way. We have successfully executed
the supply of LT line spacers and separators to almost all the state
electricity boards in India directly through our dealers/distribution
networks. We cater to State electricity boards/projects/MES.
